Keep your personal health information organized in one location available anytime, anywhere with no hardware or software to install. You can upload or fax copies of medical records from your doctors or choose to have your medical records collected on your behalf. Important health information such as allergies, prescriptions and medical history can be documented and stored. For emergencies, members carry a wallet card that accesses information for those who need it. Finally, you can complete an annual health risk assessment, research health topics, track medications, and track important health statistics such as cholesterol, blood pressure and body mass index.
