These memberships are usually structured as a licensing and subscription agreement.

As an independent health information provider, Magnus Health Technology provides you with aggregated health data regardless of your health insurance carrier or third-party administrator. The state of American health care is in shambles. In an industry known for breakthrough technology for treatments and blockbuster pharmaceuticals, it has never effectively adapted technology to enable information flow. Moreover, individual health information flow has been slowed by legislation.

For employers, Magnus Health Portal's goal is to lower health insurance premiums by revolutionizing the flow of health information. We do this by providing tools for corporate health information management, employee education, and confidential communication of health data.

• Group Health Survey

  The Group Health Survey is made up of all the information from the individual health surveys. The information from the entire population is de-identified and analyzed. The focus is on statistical factors relating to health and behavior that help reduce healthcare costs.

• Group Health Initiative

  The analysis from the Group Health Survey is used in determining where the high cost health issues are within a company. A look at the entire portfolio reveals the top five healthcare cost categories and expenditures. A company is then able to see what needs to be put in place in order to lower those costs. Our focus is on educational and environmental stimulants to create healthier individuals.

• Management Dashboard

  The Management Dashboard provides the employer with the ability to view the de-identified, aggregated data of all of the employees in a format which provides statistical analysis, demographic breakdowns, and key data points, all leading to recommendations for how the company can improve overall employee health, thereby reducing healthcare costs, increasing productivity, and increasing worker attendance.

• Wellness Plan Development & Selection

  Wellness plan selection provides specific plans for companies trying to lower their healthcare costs. • Individual Health Portal

  Magnus Health Technology™ provides the ability to consolidate all of your employees' health information in one location. In an emergency, your employees can authorize their doctor to access their "Vital Health Record" with an emergency password so that they can receive the best treatment possible.

  Your medical records are organized and stored in our information management system. You are then able to search and view any of your records. With your authorization, your doctors will be able to view or print your medical records so that you will be given the best treatment today based on your healthcare history. • Vital Health Record

  Your Vital Health Record is the digital version of the clipboard you fill out every time you see a doctor - only ten times more robust. It captures and stores critical health information such as allergies, perscriptions, chronic illnesses, major surgeries, blood type, insurance and any other information that you feel is vital to your health. In an emergency, you can provide access to this information so that you are given medical care that is appropriate for you. FAQs

• How will my medical records be kept secure online?

  At Magnus Health Technology™ security is our first priority. Access to the Magnus Health Portal is protected at the application level by a unique name and password combination. Transmissions between the Member's browser and our secure servers are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and our data center is equipped with state-of-the-art hardware to protect against emerging threats. Only you and those you designate can view your records. All transactions are secured with 128-bit encryption and all data is protected behind redundant firewalls.

• How do I use the different products?

• How much does it cost?

  The cost depends upon the services provided. Please call our Customer Service line at (919) 424-4547 or email our Customer Service team, and a sales associate will be happy to provide you with more information.

• How will medical personnel access my Vital Health Record?

  You will be able to print a Magnus M'Ergency Card to carry with you at all times. If an emergency arises, medical personnel will be able to logon to your Vital Health Record using the emergency password found on your M'Ergency card. This password is valid for a period of 24 hours. If you lose your card, contact us and we will reset your password and you can reprint your card.

• How does Magnus Health Portal collect and store my medical records?

  Magnus Health Portal provides you with a HIPAA-compliant Authorization for Release of Information form. After signing this form and sending it to Magnus Health Portal, we contact your physicians and request your records on your behalf. In some cases, physicians or hospitals will require that you sign their form, in which case, after signing their form, we will collect your records for you. We will notify you once all of your records have been collected from the list of physicians that you provide.
