With this feature, you are protected in the event of an emergency. You will carry an M'Ergency Health card with you that will allow emergency personnel to logon to your portal and view your Vital Health Record.

How will my medical records be kept secure online?
At Magnus Health Technology security is our first priority. Access to the Magnus Health Portal® is protected at the application level by a unique name and password combination. Transmissions between the Member's browser and our secure servers are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and our data center is equipped with state-of-the-art hardware to protect against emerging threats. Only you and those you designate can view your records. All transactions are secured with 128-bit encryption and all data is protected behind redundant firewalls.

How much does it cost?

How will medical personnel access my Vital Health Record?
You will be able to print a Magnus M'Ergency Card to carry with you at all times. If an emergency arises, medical personnel will be able to logon to your Vital Health Record using the emergency password found on your M'Ergency card. This password is valid for a period of 24 hours. If you lose your card, contact us and we will reset your password and you can reprint your card.

How does Magnus Health Portal® collect and store my medical records?
Magnus Health Portal® provides you with a HIPAA-compliant Authorization for Release of Information form. After signing this form and sending it to Magnus Health Portal, we contact your physicians and request your records on your behalf. In some cases, physicians or hospitals will require that you sign their form, in which case, after signing their form, we will collect your records for you. We will notify you once all of your records have been collected from the list of physicians that you provide.
