What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Magnus Health Portal treats personal information that Magnus Health Portal collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Magnus Health Portal services. Children under age 18 may not register with Magnus Health Portal; we ask that patients who are minors be registered under a parent or guardian's Magnus Health Portal account.

Magnus Health Portal does not ask a child under age 18 for more personal information.

Magnus Health Portal does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

You can delete your Magnus Health Portal account by visiting our Account Deletion page.

Parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's Magnus Health Portal account.
If a parent chooses not to allow us to further collect or use a child's information, parents enrolled in a Magnus Health Portal Account can delete their child's account by signing in and then visiting our Account Deletion page.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or in order to do their jobs.
